You need to be rich to invest.

Needing a lot of money to start investing is one of the most common beliefs about investing and also the most misleading. Many people believe that it is only the wealthy adults with large sums of money who are able to invest, but in reality investing is about habit, not how rich you are.
Investing is like planting a seed. You don’t need a huge garden to start growing the tree. If the seed is planted early and taken care of regularly, it can grow into something meaningful over time. The same idea applies to money. Starting with a small amount and adding to it consistently matters far more than starting with a large sum later.
Today, many investment options allow people to begin with very small amounts. What really makes the difference is time. The earlier you start, the more your money gets the chance to grow and compound.
Investing isn’t about being rich first. Often, it’s one of the ways people slowly become financially stronger over time.
